Before telling you the name, I must tell you what it can do. Well you just have to register to its website. After signing up you just have to enter the username & password of the social networks you have an account on as shown in the screenshot below. There are tens of services and all the major ones are on the list.

The service is called Onlywire, You can submit your content either by using the Onlywire firefox addon or you can use the onlywire site button. The OnlyWire Bookmark & Share button gives your website and blog visitors the ability to bookmark and share your content to all of their social networking sites simultaneously as shown in the screenshot below.
